Register as a merchant, then create shipments from your dashboard — one by one or in bulk via CSV. A rider is assigned automatically for pickup.

We cover all 8 divisions of Bangladesh. Inside-city zones get 24-hour delivery; remote zones take 3–5 days. See the Coverage page for details.

Flammable items, weapons, narcotics, perishables without packaging, and items prohibited by law cannot be shipped.

Fee = base service rate + weight beyond the first kilogram, adjusted by zone and delivery speed. Use the shipping calculator for an instant estimate.

No. Applicable charges — COD (1%, min ৳20), insurance (from ৳10) and remote-area fees — are always shown before you confirm a shipment.

COD is settled within 48 hours of successful delivery, directly to your registered bank account or mobile financial service.

The shipment is marked as failed-COD and returned to you. Standard return pickup fees apply and the parcel is tracked end-to-end.

Enter the tracking ID on the Track Shipment page. You will see live status, rider details and a full event timeline.

Status updates at each hub scan. If nothing has changed for over 24 hours, contact support with your tracking ID and we will investigate.

If a delivery fails or a customer requests a return, we schedule a pickup and route the parcel back to your warehouse with full tracking.

Yes. Business plans support multiple warehouse locations and team users with role-based permissions.
